MVC Toby Collins Lane

On Monday April 15, 2019 at 0610 hrs. the Harrington Fire Co. was alerted for an MVC on Toby Collins Lane east of Park Brown Rd.  Firefighters arrived to find a single vehicle off the roadway into a ditch and a tree across the roadway.  The driver of the vehicle fled the scene.  Firefighters removed the tree from the roadway and secured the vehicle.  The scene was turned over to the Delaware State Police for investigation.  UNITS ON SCENE:  Command 50, A-50, Rescue 50, 50-1, Fire Police and DSP.  OIC:  Fire Chief Robbie Brode.
