Assist for Greensboro Fire Company on Working House Fire

On Monday 01-24-2022 at 1321 hours the Harrington Fire Co. was alerted for the Tanker Company assist Greensboro Fire Company (Caroline County, MD Sta. 600) with a working house fire on Knife Box Rd. in the area of Punch Hall Rd.  Units arrived on scene to find a two story single family dwelling fully involved and one of the residents suffering from 2nd and 3rd Degree burns.  Units placed a master stream and several hose lines in service.  Engine/Tanker 50-2 supplied units on scene and also assisted in the water shuttle.  Denton, Ridgley, Goldsboro and Farmington Fire Companies also assisted along with Caroline County EMS.  The burned subject was airlifted by Maryland State Police Aviation to a local burn center in critical condition.  Incident Commander was Greensboro Fire Co. Chief Jimmy Harvey.  Harrington Fire Co. responded with Engine/Tanker 50-2 and Command 50 (Fire Chief Robbie Brode).
