Thursday March 14, 2019 at approximately 3:50 pm, the Harrington Fire Company along with Kent County EMS were dispatched to a report of a vehicle into a building at the Royal Farms located in the 7200 Block of Milford-Harrington Hwy. Firefighters arrived on scene and found a single vehicle into the side of the building with one subject injured. The injured subject was transported by ambulance to a local hospital for treatment. Firefighters checked the building and utilities and confirmed the building was safe. The City of Harrington Code Enforcement also responded to the scene to check the structure. The scene was placed under control and all units cleared the scene. The scene was turned over to the Harrington Police Department for investigation.
