On Sunday January 24, 2021 at 3:42 pm the Harrington, Farmington and Houston Fire Companies along with Kent County EMS were dispatched for a trailer fire on Fairgrounds Rd. in the area of Farmington Rd. Firefighters arrived on scene to find a trailer that was being demolished and found a small fire in the debris. 50 Command reduced the assignment to Harrington units and cancelled all other units. The fire was quickly extinguished and the incident was placed under control. Units then cleared the scene. UNITS ON SCENE: 50 Command, Engine 50-4, Tower 50, Engine/Tanker 50-2, Ambulance B-50, FM-28, Fire Police and Harrington PD. OFFICER IN CHARGE: 2nd Asst. Chief Jeff Outten.
