On Friday August 22, 2025 at 0946 hrs the Harrington and Carlisle (Milford) Fire Companies along with Kent County EMS assisted the Houston Fire Company with a residential structure fire on Janeva Lane in the Pine Ridge Development. Units arrived to find smoke showing from the single story, single family dwelling. Harrington Fire Company responded with Tower 50, Tanker 50, Engine 50-4, Engine 50-5 and Ambulance C-50.
