On Thursday March 14 around 2030 hrs. the Harrington Fire Co. along with Kent County EMS was dispatched to a vehicle accident involving a pedestrian in the 1600 Block of Butler Rd. Firefighters arrived on scene and found a single subject walking down the road had been struck by a vehicle. The injured subject was transported by ambulance to a local hospital. No other injuries were reported. The scene was turned over to the Delaware State Police for further investigation.
