MVC with Injuries - S Dupont Hwy

On Friday July 26, 2019 the Harrington Fire Co. was dispatched for a vehicle accident on South DuPont Hwy. at the intersection of Williamsville Rd.  Firefighters arrived on scene to find a 4 vehicle accident with 4 injured subjects.  Additional ambulances were requested and Houston and Greenwood Fire Companies were alerted.   All subjects were transported to local hospitals with non-life threatening injuries.  Firefighters then remained on scene clearing debris from the roadway and assisting with traffic control.  The scene was then turned over to the Delaware State Police for investigation.  UNITS ON SCENE:  Command 50, Rescue 50, 50-5, 50-1, Brush 50, B-50, C-50, A-52, B-78, Del-Dot, Fire Police, Harrington PD and DSP.  OFFICER IN CHARGE:  Fire Chief Robbie Brode.
