Midway Shopping Center - Sick Subject in Wooded Aea

On Monday July 13, 2020 at 10:32 pm the Harrington Fire Company was dispatched to assist EMS with a sick subject located in the woods north of the Midway Shopping Center.  The ambulance arrived first and located the subject several hundred yards inside a wooded area.  The ambulance crew then requested additional manpower and a gator to assist with removing the subject.  Units arrived on scene along with the gator.  The subject was packaged and brought out of the woods to the awaiting ambulance.  Rescue 50 and Brush 50 used their light tower and flood lights to light up the scene.  The subject was then transported to a local hospital for treatment.  The scene was then placed under control and units cleared the scene.  UNITS ON SCENE:  50 Command, Ambulance B-50, Rescue 50, Brush 50, 50 Gator 1, KM-8, Fire Police and Harrington PD.  OFFICER IN CHARGE:  Deputy Chief Kenny Brode.
