Assist Farmington with Working House Fire
Wednesday, April 13, 2022

On Wednesday April 13, 2022 at 12:12 am the Harrington and Greenwood Fire Companies were alerted to assist the Farmington Fire Co. with a working house fire in the 2300 Block of South DuPont Hwy.  Units arrived on scene to find a single story, single family dwelling with fire showing from the delta side.  Units placed handlines in service and extinguished the fire, performed primary and secondary searches, ventilated and performed overhaul.  The scene was then placed under control and all units cleared the scene.  The scene was then turned over to the Delaware State Fire Marshal for investigation (FM-13).   Harrington Fire Co. responded with Engine 50-1 and Engine/Tanker 50-2.
