MVC Assist - Milford Harrington Hwy, Houston

Tuesday (11/01/2022), at approximately 1914hrs., the Houston Fire Co. was alerted for the MVC with unknown injuries in the unit block of Milford-Harrington Hwy. While responding, updated information was received, reporting a subject trapped, upgrading the call and adding the additional rescue company. Both Harrington and Carlisle Fire Companies were alerted and responded to assist. Upon arrive of Fire/EMS units, a single vehicle MVC was found with a vehicle versus a pole and confirmed entrapment. Crews worked together and after several minutes, were able to free the pinned occupant. The subject was then removed from the vehicle and stabilized before being flown to a nearby trauma center for further treatment. Command placed the incident under control and began to release units.
