Camper Fire in Harrington

On Monday August 26, 2024 at 12:21 am the Harrington Fire Company was dispatched to a camper on fire on Sugar Stick Rd. in the area of White Marsh Branch Rd.  Units arrived on scene and found a 30 ft. camper and small boat fully involved.  Crews placed two handlines in service and quickly extinguished the fire.  Crews then performed overhaul and the scene was placed under control.  UNITS ON SCENE:  Chief Vehicle, Engine 50-4, Tanker 50, Brush 50, Ambulance C-50 and Fire Police.  OFFICER IN CHARGE:  Fire Chief Kenny Brode.
