Passing of Fred Wyatt Jr. Harrington Fire Company

The Officers and Members of the Harrington Fire Company regret to announce the passing of 64 year member Frederick "Sonny" Wyatt Jr.  Fred answered in last alarm on July 15, 2026.  Fred joined the Harrington Fire Company, Inc in 1961 and was active for many years and obtained his Honorary Life Membership after completing 20 years of Active Service.  During his time with the company Fred served as a Fire Policeman for many years and was a Past President of the Kent County Fire Police Association.  Fred also served as an Ambulance Driver for many years.  Fred served 6 years in the Army National Guard obtaining the rank of Sergeant.  His dedication to service still continues with Harrington Fire Company with his Son and Grandchildren serving the company.  We ask that you keep the Wyatt Family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
