On 6/20/2020, the station, along with Kent County Paramedics, Felton EMS and Delaware State Police Aviation were alerted for a MVC (High Velocity) involving a motorcycle at the intersection of Little Mastens Corner Rd. and Hopkins Cemetery Rd. Units responded and arrived on scene to find a two vehicle collision involving a passenger vehicle and a motorcycle. The operator of the motorcycle was treated on scene and then transported by ambulance to a nearby medical facility for further evaluation and treatment. The passenger of the motorcycle refused treatment, as did the operator of the second vehicle involved. The scene was placed under control and all units returned a short time later.
