MVC - S Dupont Hwy @ Tower Hill Rd.

On Thursday June 17, 2021 at 13:01 hrs. the Harrington Fire Company, Farmington Fire Co. (Rescue Assist),  Kent County EMS and Delaware State Police Aviation were dispatched to a report of a vehicle accident with subjects trapped at the Intersection of South DuPont Hwy. and Tower Hill Rd.  Units arrived on scene to find a three vehicle accident with three subjects injured and negative entrapment.  EMS crews began treating the injured subjects and firefighters checked the vehicles for any hazards.  All three subjects were transported by ambulance to local hospitals for treatment for non-life threatening injuries.  Aviation units were cancelled prior to arrival.  The scene was then placed under control and the scene was turned over to the Delaware State Police for investigation.  UNITS ON SCENE:  Ambulances B-50 and C-50, Rescue 50, Rescue 47, Engine 50-1, Harrington PD, DSP, Fire Police and Del-Dot.  OFFICER IN CHARGE:  Deputy Chief Kenny Brode.
