Past Chief Jimmy Green Benefit Fundraiser

Saturday (07/17/2021), many supporters attended the beef and beer benefit for Past Chief Jimmy Green. The event started with an awesome meal and a 3-Tier silent auction and followed with a live auction. At the completion of the live auction, the night was finished up with the giveaways and a 50/50 raffle. We would like to thank everyone who attended the benefit and gave graciously to help support Past Chief Green. We would also like to thank everyone who donated items for the auction, whether it be for the live or silent auction, as well as those who made monetary donations. We would like to thank the membership, employees, neighboring fire companies and community members who worked through the past couple weeks and the day of the event to make it a success. We would like to especially thank the Clayton Fire Co., Magnolia Fire Co. and Greenwood Fire Co. for their fire coverage, as well as Marydel Fire Co. for EMS coverage through the day. We couldn’t have done this without the love and support of everyone who attended. The love for Past Chief Green and his service to our community was seen in each and everyone present.
